The product(s) must not be used or damaged to qualify for a return.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
The product should be returned in its original condition, with all standard accessories included.
THE INVOICE AND DELIVERY NOTE
The invoice and delivery note must accompany the returned product.
If you are returning a defective product, MARSEA STORE will cover the shipping costs, provided it is sent via our designated courier service.
Once we receive the returned item under the specified conditions, we will process your refund on the next business day. The refund will be transferred to the bank account associated with the purchase. Refunds to credit and debit cards typically complete within 7 days, though this may vary depending on your bank.
RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS
Returns should be sent to our address through a shipping firm. We will cover the return shipping fees for defective items if sent through our preferred courier. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the shipping costs.
Returns must be in the original box or packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, or if the product is not resalable, the return will not be accepted.
Include the product's invoice and delivery note with your return. You can fill out a form on our website to state your reason for the return.
For defective products, we cover the shipping fee if sent via our preferred couriers. Shipping costs for items sent through non-contracted couriers will be the customer's responsibility.
Orders can be cancelled if made in error or if you change your mind.
For cancellations before shipment, the full amount will be refunded using your original payment method.
If the product has already been shipped, we will deduct the shipping costs and refund the remaining amount using your original payment method.
